Who is Eric Rawn?
Eric Rawn is known for his ability to leverage technology to build profitable companies through innovation, as a motivated and imaginative business leader. He has founded many companies and performed dozens of acquisitions over the course of his career.
In 1996, Eric started Xobee Networks as a single-person consulting firm known as BCT Consulting. Under his leadership of over 30 years, the company has grown to serve thousands of clients across California from multiple office locations, serving law firms, school districts, nonprofits, construction, and other organizations.
Recognized by Inc. Magazine among the fast-growing companies in America and top executives, Eric continues to expand his ventures while staying rooted in community and family.

Co-founded a web portal for recovering addicts, a state-of-the-art treatment resource helping those afflicted with addiction.
Electronic Recyclers International
Instrumental in founding one of the largest electronic-waste recyclers in the United States, with locations across the country.

Built a property-management portfolio of single-family homes, apartment complexes, short-term rentals, and commercial properties across the Central Valley.
Bass Lake Newspaper
Created and published a community newspaper in the shadow of the Sierra Nevada, near Yosemite National Park, covering the local news, events, and people of the mountain community and helping keep year-round residents and visitors connected.

Eric has participated in the Fresno Mayor's Technology Affinity Group, sat on the board of the International Green Industry Hall of Fame, and served on the Healthy Marriage Coalition board.
Eagle Scout & Scholarship
A lifelong Scout, Eric earned the Eagle Scout Award, Scouting's highest honor, in 1994, and serves as a Board Director for the Gerald Rawn Scholarship Foundation.

Eric and his wife Thalia share six children: Katelyn, Chloe, Nathan, Noah, Cade, and Lyra, who all enjoy wearing company polo shirts and dreaming about running their own businesses one day.
